It is a peaceful hotel with welcoming staff. Every time in Lovran we stay in this venue.

The bathrooms are quite small.

We greatly enjoyed fashionable rooms and good food.

Location: the hotel was next to old town, the center of the town and Rijeka and the islands. The room was very large, big bed. The private parking was onsite, good service.

We had a fantastic 1-night stay at this hotel. The top floor room had a stunning sea view and was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was also large and had thoughtful touches like bathrobes and slippers. The lady at reception gave us great restaurant recommendations in Lovran, Vlosko, and Opatija. Free parking made it convenient for us. The beach, although rocky, was just a short walk away, and the clear and calm water was perfect for swimming. The breakfast was delicious, with the bonus of fresh eggs and pancakes cooked to order.

Peaceful and fairly clean hotel, marvellous views to the Adriatic sea. Large room, big bed and large bathroom. Savoury breakfast with a lot of delicacies and really helpful staff.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the charming shops and restaurants of Lovran, and not far from the sea. The spacious room provided ample space for our large family, and the small balcony offered breathtaking views of the sea. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and eager to help. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. our experience at Hotel Villa Eugenia was delightful and perfect for a family vacation.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a swimming pool for the kids to enjoy.

this hotel has stunning location close to waterfront. the bets part that it's near to great restaurants and the pedestrian zone and a quick taxi or bus to opatija for more hussle and bussle.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the sea view from our balcony. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was fantastic. The location was perfect, with a beautiful pedestrian zone along the sea right outside the hotel. We enjoyed taking walks along the Riva and exploring the nearby town. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. We also appreciated the various amenities offered, such as room service and laundry service. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Breakfast is sufficient, but there could be an espresso and freshly squeezed orange juice without having to pay extra.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Villa Eugenia. The hotel is beautifully renovated, with great facilities and a suitable location near the center of Lovren. The staff at Villa Eugenia are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even provided a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift and special amenities for our dog. Our mansard room was unexpectedly great, with beautiful blinds that allowed lots of natural light and offered a stunning view of both the Kvarner bay and the interior. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, offering a wide variety of fruits, cheeses, breads, and pastries.
